A Note From Western Mass Collision To Our Clients & Friends About COVID-19

We hope you and your family are well during these unprecedented times. We also wanted to assure you that Western Mass Collision will remain open to support you and your vehicles.

We wanted to share with you the additional precautions that we have incorporated into our normal processes

• All touch points in all cars are wiped down during our car intake process. (BEFORE any techs touch it)
• Each car is fitted with a plastic/disposable steering wheel cover.
• Each car is fitted with a plastic/disposable driver’s seat cover.
• After the work is done, key touch points are again wiped down BEFORE the car is released to the customer.
• The techs are working in their own bays at a distance from each other.
• We are not allowing anyone to sit and wait in the office for their cars.
